Hip Hip Hurray!

Congratulations to all our final year students (Terminale) in both the national and international sections who, despite difficult learning conditions, managed to succeed brilliantly in their studies:

For the National Baccalaureate, our students demonstrated their excellent qualities in both the written and oral exams, unlike in other schools.

Our students all deserve their fantastic results and the teaching staff are so proud of their academic achievements.

Distinction with congratulations from the examiners (Mentions Très Bien + félicitations du jury (average ) : 33%

Distinction (Mentions Très Bien) () : 22%, or a total of 55% with distinction

Merit (Mentions Bien) () : 22%

For the International Baccalaureate (IB), our students’ results are particularly outstanding with scores that range from an average of 31/45 (13.8/20) to 41/45 (18.25/20) and an overall average at EPBI of 34.2/45, or 15.2/20.

The best result (41/45) in the IB diploma will allow this students to receive a grant of $160,000 (Canadian) or €110 000 € to go to The University of British Columbia in Vancouver.  The EDHEC Business School in Nice has awarded an €8000 grant to our student who obtained 18.73/20 in the national baccalaureate.

The National Baccalaureate results are in line with our students’ results from previous years as well as those in IB with a 100% pass rate. It should be noted too that our students all obtained their first choice of study in the post-bac system, ParcourSup.

As far as the prestigious « scientific preparation » classes are concerned, one of our students will integrate the renowned lycée Stanislas (Paris) studying Maths-Physics, the 4th best preparation class in France, after declining places offered at Louis-Le Grand (Paris), Lycée du Parc (Lyon) or even Joffre (Montpellier).

Lycée Ampère (11th in the country) for the economics and business preparation course is another chosen destination for one of our students who also declined offers for Lycée du Parc, Institution des Chartreux, Lycée Saint-Just, Notre Dame des Minimes (all these are in Lyon) but also Joffre (Montpellier), Stanislas (Cannes), or even Ozenne (Toulouse).

Other students have chosen reputable business schools. EDHEC Business School in Nice will welcome two of our students, one of whom will follow the very selective International BBA course–global Business Nice/USA/Singapore. As for a third student, he has chosen to accept a place at ESADE in Barcelona and declined the offer at ESCP Business School de Paris (11e).

Many of our final year students will spread their wings and fly to other international locations such as Canada (The University of British Columbia in Vancouver) and England (The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama) in London.

Taking another direction, two of our students will go to Ecole Vatel for International Hotel Management and Ecole Supérieure des Métiers Artistiques in Montpellier.

Last but not least, the others will be heading off to study for degrees in Computer Science, Mechanics, Land and Water Environmental Sciences (only 60 places available in Montpellier) and Life Sciences (International Section) in Rennes, all of these were the students’ first choices.
