DESCRIPTION:Réunions parents/professeurs du 1er trimestre \n  \nChers parents\, \nPour participer aux rencontres parents/professeurs de fin du 1er trimestre\, vous devez vous inscrire sur Noteebi compte « parent » pour prendre rendez-vous avec les enseignants que vous souhaitez rencontrer. \nATTENTION : En raison de la situation sanitaire\, les réunions se dérouleront en visioconférence (en se connectant sur les classrooms de chaque professeur sur sa matière).  \nLes réunions se dérouleront sur 2 jours : \nJeudi 9 décembre 2021 à partir de 16h45 pour les 6e\, 5e\, 4e. \nVous pouvez donc à compter de ce jour aller sur votre compte NOTEEBI\, rubrique rencontres parents/professeurs. Vous pouvez y rentrer vos souhaits pour les professeurs que vous désirez rencontrer. \nVous pouvez choisir une plage horaire de rendez-vous mais celle-ci doit être adaptée. En effet\, si vous souhaitez rencontrer l’ensemble des professeurs\, votre plage horaire doit être suffisamment importante sachant qu’un entretien est programmé pour une durée de 5 minutes par enfant et par enseignant. (Marquer en rouge les horaires où vous ne pouvez pas être disponibles).  \nSi votre disponibilité n’est pas assez large\, certains rendez-vous peuvent en effet ne pas être programmés. \nAttention : Si vous ne vous inscrivez pas pour les réunions avec les enseignants souhaités\, vous ne serez pas programmés et ne pourrez donc pas les rencontrer.  \nVous pouvez rentrer vos desiderata jusqu’au 2 décembre pour la réunion du 9 décembre et jusqu’au 9 décembre pour celle du 16 décembre. Les plannings seront en ligne à partir du 6 décembre (pour la réunion du 9 décembre) et du 13 décembre (pour la réunion du 16 décembre) et consultables sur Noteebi (compte « parent »).   \nPour le bon déroulement de la réunion\, il vous sera demandé de respecter au mieux les horaires définis ainsi que la durée de l’échange (5 minutes). \nLes bulletins seront visibles sur noteebi la veille de la réunion. \nBien cordialement \nStéphane Mazel \n\nParent/teacher meetings for the 1st term \n  \nDear parents\, \nIn order to participate in the “parent / teacher meetings” at the end of the 1st term\, you will need to to make appointments via Noteebi with the teachers you wish to see. \nPLEASE NOTE: Due to the present health and safety measures\, all meetings will take place via videoconference (via the MEET function in the teachers’ online classrooms).  \nThe meeting dates will be over 2 days: \nThursday 9th December 2021 from 4.45pm onwards for the 6e\, 5e\, 4e. \nFrom today onwards you will be able to log into your account on NOTEEBI\, and click on the tab “rencontres parents/professeurs”. You will be able to enter your own requirements concerning the time of your appointments and the teachers that you would like to meet. \nPlease choose a suitable time slot to meet the teachers you want to see. Please note that each teacher meeting is programmed for a maximum of 5 minutes per pupil.  (Please note in red the times when you are not available). \nIf you don’t have enough availability to see all the teachers you want to see\, then certain meetings will not be able to be organised. \nPlease note: If you don’t state which teachers you would like to see\, then these meetings will not be organised and you will therefore not be able to meet that specific teacher.   \nYou can enter your « desiderata » between now and the 2nd December 2021 for the meetings planned for the 9thDecember and until the 9th December for the meetings on the 16th December 2021. The timetables will be online on Noteebi (in your parents account) from Monday 6th December 2021 (for the meetings on the 9th December) and from Monday 13th December 2021 (for the meetings on the 16th December).   \nSo that all parent-teacher meetings run smoothly and on time\, please respect your timetable and the allocated 5 minutes with each teacher. \nYour child’s school report will be available on Noteebi the day before the parent-teacher meetings.   \nKind regards\, \nStéphane Mazel
